Reputation and review automation
Get More Google Reviews at Every Location
Tuesday, 2:15pm: the patient at checkout says the visit went well and walks out, and nobody asks her for the Google review. That missed ask repeats at every location, and the cost is the reviews that never appear. Rodgers Intelligence Group, based in Denver and working remotely across the United States, builds the Review Loop for multi-location businesses. It asks after every customer visit, drafts the reply to every new review and reports across every location.

What it costs when it slips
The missing ask
- For a dental group, a patient praises the hygienist at checkout and walks out. Nobody asks for the review.
- For a trades company, the homeowner stands at the finished job and says thank you. The review never appears.
- Asking happens by hand when a manager remembers, so review flow follows each manager's attention.
What changes
What you have at the end
A steady flow of new reviews
A request goes out after every customer visit by text or by email, so review volume stops depending on who remembers to ask.
No review sits unanswered
Every new review arrives with a drafted response ready for you to approve or edit before it posts.
One view across locations
Location managers see their own numbers and group managers see the roll-up. Alerts fire when a location's rating moves.
An ask that follows the rules
Every customer gets the same request. No incentives and no filtering by happy customers, so the reviews you earn stay up.

The offer
The Review Loop
- The Ask. SMS and email review requests triggered after each customer visit, in words you approve before anything sends. Outcome: review volume stops depending on who remembers to ask. Accepted when a request fired for every customer visit on the list you gave us.
- The Reply Draft. A drafted response for every new review, sent to you to approve or edit before it posts. Outcome: no review sits unanswered. Accepted when every new review on the test run has a draft waiting on you.
- The Location Board. One dashboard covering every location, updated weekly, with alerts when a location's rating or review pace moves. Outcome: location managers see their own numbers and group managers see the roll-up. Accepted when every location you run shows on the board.
- The Rules Sheet. Every customer gets the same request, with no incentives and no filtering by happy customers. Outcome: the reviews you earn stay up. Accepted when the same approved request reached every customer on the test list.
- The Monthly Tally. A report of reviews gained and replies still waiting on you. Outcome: you see what the loop produced and what still needs a person. Accepted when the report lands with review counts and the pending replies named.
- The Acceptance Checklist. A written list of what correct looks like, run before the request flow goes live at your first location and kept by you. Outcome: the work is checkable instead of promised. Accepted when every line passes on your data before that location goes live.
- One loop, named per situation. A dental group gets the Checkout Loop. A trades company gets the Finished Job Loop. A multi-location service business gets the Front Desk Loop. The six parts above do not change.
- Scope: the ask flow per location and the reporting around it. Changing your booking or payment setup, retraining staff and replacing your systems are separate work.
Quoted before work.
Setup is quoted inside the monthly price before any work starts.
The checklist is written before anything sends, run before the request flow goes live at your first location, and kept by you. A checklist line that does not pass keeps that location from going live. Mike Rodgers leads every build and is the named owner when something does not pass. You own the message templates, the review history and the dashboard exports.
How it works
Three steps, one owner.
01
Start with the snapshot
Send your locations and the moment a customer finishes with you. You get a one-page Review Gap Snapshot within five business days. It stands on its own and is not credited against anything.
02
Quote, then build
If the snapshot shows a gap worth closing, you get a written quote before any work starts. Nothing is billed until you approve that number. Mike Rodgers leads the build and checks the acceptance checklist before your first location goes live.
03
Live at one location, then everywhere
The request flow goes live at one location first. You approve every message before it sends. Then it rolls out to the rest with the weekly report running.
See it work
A worked demonstration.
Sample request: "Hi [first name], thank you for choosing [business] today. Would you share a word about your visit on Google? [review link]". Sample reply draft: "Thank you, [first name]. Glad the [job type] went well. See you next time.". A sample acceptance checklist for one location, run before that location goes live: the request fired for every visit on the test list; the sent words match the template you approved; the link opens that location's Google profile; every new review has a draft waiting on you; no reply posted that you did not approve. Placeholder names only.

Straight answers
What this does and does not promise.
- What does it cost?
- Quoted before work. The number depends on how many locations you run and where customers finish with you. For comparison, review platforms run $300 a month and up (user reports, reddit.com/r/localseo, 2026-09-24; Podium and Birdeye quote through sales). If one workflow is the problem and you want it mapped first, the One-Workflow Review is a $3,500 fixed fee, with a written readout within ten business days after required access. The readout stands on its own and is not credited against the build price.
- How long until the ask is running?
- The Review Gap Snapshot comes back within five business days of your locations and the moment a customer finishes with you. After you approve the written quote, the request flow goes live at one location first and then rolls out to the rest with the weekly report running.
- Can we ask customers for a review?
- Yes. Asking for a review is allowed. Google's review policy prohibits paying for a review and prohibits steering the ask only to happy customers. The request in this system goes to every customer. Policy: Google Business Profile help at support.google.com/business.
- Do we have to change our booking or payment setup?
- No. You do not change your booking or payment setup, and retraining your staff is not part of this offer. The request flow runs off a list you already keep, such as a daily job export or a booking notification. We wire it in during the build.
- What do you do with our customer list?
- The list stays yours. It runs the request you approved and the follow-up on new reviews, and everything the system produced stays yours to export.
- What happens when a message or a drafted reply gets it wrong?
- Nothing sends or posts without you. You approve the request templates before anything sends, and you approve or edit every drafted reply before it posts. A draft that misses the mark is corrected in your edit and never posts on its own.
- What happens if we stop?
- You keep everything the system produced: the message templates, the review history and exports of the dashboard. Nothing is locked to us.
