GoHighLevel setup and rescue

GoHighLevel expert for CRM setup and rescue

Tuesday, 9:40am: a lead fills the form on your site and the follow-up task never fires, so the reply goes out Friday and that lead has already booked someone else. The cost is that job, and the next lead goes the same way. It happens to agencies and local businesses whose GoHighLevel account was built once and nobody has checked since. Rodgers Intelligence Group, a Denver studio working with clients across the United States, sets up and rescues those accounts and hands each one back with a written acceptance checklist.

What it costs when it slips

Where GoHighLevel accounts leak money

  1. Tuesday, 9:40am. A lead fills the form on your site and the follow-up task never fires, so the reply goes out days late and the job is gone.
  2. It happens on accounts that carry real work: a dental practice takes bookings through it, a law firm runs intake on it, a contractor takes job requests through it.
  3. Pipeline stages mean different things to whoever set them up, so nobody can say how many open leads you really have.
  4. The person who built the account has moved on. Automations break quietly and no check catches them.

What changes

What changes when the account works

One pipeline that matches how you sell

Every form, call and inbox feeds one place. A lead has exactly one home and one owner, so nothing waits in someone's inbox.

Follow-up that fires on its own

Sequences run without anyone remembering to send them. A missed call gets a text back the same day.

A written definition of done

You get the acceptance checklist we build against, and Mike Rodgers signs each line before the sprint is called done. If a check fails, the project stays open until it passes.

An account your team runs without us

A handoff session, plain-language notes and everything inside your own login. No retainer required to keep it working.

What buyers pay today

The line item you already have.

What you pay for the human version of this today: a freelancer or agency GoHighLevel build. GoHighLevel projects on Upwork run $300 to $10,000 each (Upwork, pulled 2026-09-24). Open GoHighLevel jobs on Freelancer.com carry average bids of $170 to $207 (Freelancer.com, pulled 2026-09-24). Some businesses pay per click instead of per fix: advertisers bid $17.92 to $1,000.00 a click for "gohighlevel expert" (Google Keyword Planner, pulled 2026-09-24). A one-off build hands you an account and stops there. This one hands you the acceptance checklist and a named owner when a line fails. The status quo also costs you the leads the account drops. Work out the cost of the account staying as it is: count the leads that went unanswered last month and multiply by what one job is worth to you. That number is what to put next to any quote.

The offer

GoHighLevel Setup Sprint and Rescue Sprint

  • The Ten-Point Teardown. Outcome: you see what was built and what is broken. Accepted when the readout is in your hands.
  • Lead Routing. Outcome: every lead has one home and one owner. Accepted when a test lead lands in the right pipeline stage.
  • Follow-Up Wiring. Outcome: no lead waits on somebody remembering it. Accepted when a test form fill starts the sequence and a missed call gets the text back.
  • The Reporting Check. Outcome: the owner can say how many open leads there really are. Accepted when the pipeline count matches a count done by hand.
  • The Acceptance Checklist. Outcome: done means done. Accepted when every line passes and Mike Rodgers signs it.
  • The Handover Session. Outcome: your team runs the account without us. Accepted when your team runs one lead end to end in the session.
  • Account Ownership. Outcome: nothing locks you to us. Accepted when the build is finished inside your own GoHighLevel login and stays there.
  • Named per the account you have. New account: the Setup Sprint. Account already leaking leads: the Rescue Sprint. The parts above do not change, only the pipeline names do. A dental practice books consultations. A law firm runs intake and conflict checks. A contractor takes job requests. A med spa books consults.
  • Out of scope in writing: paid ads, content and website builds.

Quoted before work. The One-Workflow Review is $3,500. Readout within ten business days after required access.

One fixed project fee, quoted and dated before work starts. No retainer required.

How it works

Three steps, one owner.

01

Send one screenshot

A screenshot of the pipeline you have today. We reply with the two or three things we would fix first. No charge.

02

Get a fixed quote

Setup or Rescue, quoted before work starts, with dates and the acceptance checklist attached.

03

We build against the checklist

Work is done when every check passes, not when the calendar says so. Then we hand the account over.

See it work

A worked demonstration.

Sample rescue checklist for a fictional agency. No real names and no client work. A test lead submitted through the web form lands in the right pipeline stage. A missed call gets a text back the same day. A stale lead gets a task assigned to a person. The owner opens the account and can say where every open lead stands.

Demonstration, not a client result

Straight answers

What this does and does not promise.

What does GoHighLevel setup cost?
Quoted before work, as one fixed project fee. You see the number before you commit. For scale, GoHighLevel projects on Upwork run $300 to $10,000 each (Upwork, pulled 2026-09-24).
How long does a setup or rescue take?
Dates are set in the quote before work starts. The ten-point teardown tells us what the account needs, so the quote can name a start and a finish. If you want a bounded first step, the One-Workflow Review is a $3,500 fixed fee, with a written readout within ten business days after required access. The readout stands on its own: the review publishes a proposed implementation scope you can use independently, and any credit toward a build is agreed in writing.
What is included, and what is not included?
The sprint covers the GoHighLevel account itself: the ten-point teardown, lead routing, follow-up wiring, the reporting check, the acceptance checklist and the handover session. It does not cover paid ads, content or website builds, and those exclusions are in writing before work starts.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
Your data stays where it is today, inside your own GoHighLevel account. We work inside your login, and every automation and document stays in your account.
What happens when a check fails or something is not right?
A failed check keeps the sprint open until it passes, and the checklist you keep records which line failed. Mike Rodgers signs each acceptance line before the work is called done.
Does this work for my industry?
It runs for agencies and for local businesses. Construction shops, CPA firms, dental practices, healthcare clinics, law firms, manufacturers and med spas all take leads the same way, and only the pipeline names change. Each industry page on this site carries a free scorecard you can run yourself.
Who owns the account when it is done?
You own it, from the first day. We work inside your GoHighLevel login and every pipeline, automation and document stays in your account.
What if we have already paid someone to set this up?
Then the ten-point teardown is the honest first step. It shows what was actually built and what was left half-done, and the fixes come in the order they cost you leads.
