DONE-FOR-YOU AI SDR / OUTBOUND

AI SDR lead generation, run for you every week

Thursday, 6:20pm: the delivery week is wrapped and the prospecting planned for Monday still has not happened. The cost is the pipeline you will not have next quarter, and it lands on the founder or the sales lead at a B2B service firm or SaaS team who was already carrying the selling. The Pipeline Run takes the outbound off that calendar. The list gets built and refreshed. The mail goes out only after you approve it. The replies are handled as they arrive.

What it costs when it slips

The week outbound did not happen

  1. Prospecting is the first task to move when the week fills up. Then it moves again.
  2. An AI SDR tool is software. Somebody still builds the list, watches the replies and books the calls. That somebody is usually you.
  3. A pipeline that fills only in quiet weeks empties in busy ones. The gap shows up a quarter later, when you can no longer fix it this week.

What changes

What you have at the end of each week

Outbound that runs in busy weeks

The run is scheduled work against a written checklist, so contact keeps happening in the weeks your team is buried in delivery.

A Friday readout you can check

The readout names what went out under your approval, what came back, and what changes next week. In writing, with the source behind every number, so you can check it against your own calendar and inbox.

Every message approved by you

Sequences are written in your firm's words and nothing sends until you approve it. The sending accounts carry your name, so the setup is yours from day one.

Correct, written down before the first send

The run is tested against a written acceptance checklist agreed with you before it goes live. You keep the checklist and its results. Mike Rodgers signs every line, and a failed line is fixed and re-run before the next send.

What buyers pay today

The line item you already have.

What buyers pay today: managed B2B lead generation runs $2,500-$15,000 a month and pay-per-appointment models charge $150-$600 per meeting (saleshive.com 2026 guide). AI SDR tools run $250-$5,000 a month in subscriptions: 11x starts at $3,750 a month billed annually, AiSDR lists $250 and $900 a month, Artisan's listed tier is $600 a month (vendor pricing pages, sdrs.ai 2026). The other route is a hire. Indeed lists the average sales representative in the United States at $83,153 a year plus $10,900 commission (indeed.com/career/sales-representative/salaries, read 2026-09-25), which is $7,838 a month before benefits (83,153 + 10,900 = 94,053; 94,053 / 12 = 7,838). Your own cost of running it by hand: hours a week your team spends on prospecting times what an hour of their time costs, plus the tools you already pay for.

The offer

The Pipeline Run

  • Target Map. Outcome: you know exactly who gets contacted. One ideal-customer profile built from data held in accounts you own, refreshed every month.
  • Sending Setup. Outcome: mail leaves in your name and lands. Domains and mailboxes opened in your name and warmed before the first send.
  • Approval Sequences. Outcome: every word out the door is yours. Short messages written in your firm's words, sent only after you sign off.
  • Reply Desk. Outcome: replies turn into calendar time. Every reply read and sorted, positive ones booked onto your calendar.
  • Weekly Readout. Outcome: the work is checkable. The count of what was sent, what came back and what got booked, plus the one change for next week, with the source behind every number.
  • Acceptance Checklist. Outcome: correct is written down before the first send. Tested on your setup before go-live, kept by you, signed line by line by Mike Rodgers.
  • One Pipeline Run spine with a configuration per seller: SaaS (trial signups), Agency (retainer clients), Firm (referral work), Services shop (project backlog).

$1,500 a month, flat, for the whole run. Quoted in writing before work starts.

No separate setup fee. Build, domains and warmup sit inside the first month.

Month to month. Nothing sends until you approve it, and the sending accounts carry your name. If a checklist line fails, Mike Rodgers fixes it and re-runs it before the next send, and the miss is written into the readout you keep. You own the domains, the lists, and the reply history.

How it works

Three steps, one owner.

01

Free outbound readiness check

Tell us your market and who you sell to. You get back a one-page written answer: who to contact first and what is missing in your setup. It is yours to keep. If you would rather have one workflow mapped first, the One-Workflow Review does that for a separate $3,500 fixed fee.

02

Build, approve, checklist

Domains and mailboxes are opened in your name. The first sequences are drafted and sent to you. You approve the messages, then and only then does sending start. Before the first send the run is tested against the written acceptance checklist, and you get the checklist and its results.

03

Run and read out

The run goes out every week. Replies are handled as they arrive and meetings land on your calendar. The readout reaches you in writing each week, with the source behind every number.

See it work

A worked demonstration.

Sample work for a fictional firm. No real client data appears on this page. Sample first touch, subject: one question about [their service line]. Body: [Name], firms like [their firm] tend to lose prospecting in busy delivery weeks. We run that work instead at one flat price of $1,500 a month. If the timing is wrong, say so and I will close the loop. Four touches over two weeks, then the sequence stops. Replies are read by a person. Sample acceptance checklist line: the first message is approved before it sends, pass when your approval is on file. Sample readout line: messages sent this week, replies read, meetings booked, each with the source behind it.

Demonstration, not a client result

Straight answers

What this does and does not promise.

What does it cost?
$1,500 a month, flat, for the whole run, quoted in writing before work starts. There is no separate setup fee. If you want one workflow mapped first, the One-Workflow Review is a separate $3,500 fixed fee, with a written readout within ten business days after required access. The readout is yours to use with any vendor or internally, and it is not credited against the run. The run is quoted on its own.
What happens in the first month?
The first two weeks are build and warmup. Domains and the list come first, then the sequences and your approvals. Sending starts after the acceptance checklist passes. From there the run repeats weekly.
What is included, and what is not?
The run covers one ideal-customer profile from the target list to the Friday readout: sending in your name, the sequences you approve, reply handling and the weekly numbers. It does not include buying data you do not own, replacing your CRM, paid ads, or any promise of meetings booked.
Whose data do you use, and who owns the accounts?
Everything sits in accounts you own. The target list is built from data held in accounts you own and from public business records. Domains, mailboxes, lists and reply history stay in your name. If we part ways, the whole setup stays with you.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
Nothing sends without your approval, so a bad message stops at you. A reply that cannot be handled cleanly goes to you instead of guessed at, and the miss is written into the readout. The acceptance checklist is run before the first send, and Mike Rodgers signs every line of it.
How is this different from an AI SDR tool?
A tool is software at $250 to $5,000 a month (vendor pricing pages, sdrs.ai 2026), and the operating work stays with you. This is the operating work. The list and the sending are built. The replies are handled. The weekly readout is written for you. Flat $1,500 a month.
Do you run this for my industry?
The Pipeline Run is for B2B service firms and SaaS teams. For other work there is a page per industry we serve, from construction and CPA firms to dental, healthcare, law, manufacturing, med spas and service businesses, and each of those industries has a free eight-check scorecard. If your job sits on one of those pages, that page is the one to read.
