Forward Deployed Engineer in Denver · open to full-time
I take the deployment from the customer's whiteboard to production, and I stay until it runs
Fifteen years shipping into other people's environments: hospital emergency departments, a $6B health system, and now a stack I built and run myself. Everything below is checkable on this page, without leaving it.

what is actually running

Three of the things on this page run in your browser. Nothing here needs a repository link to check.
the dry run
Tell me your environment. I'll give you a first month.
Plain words are fine: the stack, the constraints, the team you have.
Day 1 / Day 7 / Day 30
Pick a stack chip above, or describe your environment and run it.
The matcher is deterministic: a token table, no network, it cannot fail or hallucinate. That is deliberate: it is how I ship agents. A model may enrich a plan; it never is the plan.
the receipt behind the dry run
The ingestion gate: switch a check off and watch the poison through
ProofPacket: seal it, change one character, verify
Real SHA-256 via the Web Crypto API. No server, no library.
$ python3 -m pytest -q ........................................................................ [ 28%] ........................................................................ [ 57%] ........................................................................ [ 85%] .................................... [100%] 252 passed $ rigforge verify --require-signature --require-signature was set but no signing key is configured (set RIGFORGE_SIGNING_KEY or configure signing.key_file in rigforge.yaml). # fails closed. no key, no verdict. it will not print PASS to be polite. # and the part most tools leave out: the seal is HMAC-SHA256, which is # symmetric. holding the key lets you verify it. it does not let a third # party verify it independently. That needs an asymmetric signature, # and this does not have one.
the record

Senior Director, Strategy & Competitive Intelligence
Designed and ran an AI competitive-intelligence system processing 150+ daily signals across a $6B+ healthcare enterprise. Led enterprise AI adoption across telehealth, analytics and product.

VP Commercial & Strategic Innovation → Director
Owned the EmOpti deployment across five hospital systems from the customer side, into clinical workflow, across fourteen emergency departments. Built an innovation division from zero.
fit
Here is where I am the wrong hire
Believe the rest of the page more because of this part.
strong fit
- Forward Deployed Engineer / FDSE
- Deployment Strategist · Solutions Architect (enterprise AI)
- Customer-embedded delivery at a platform or consultancy
- Regulated industries, healthcare especially
- Zero-to-one, where the problem isn't defined yet
- Real travel, real time on the customer's site
not a fit
- Pure research or ML modelling. I deploy systems, I don't train models
- Backend-only with no customer contact
- Anything where the deployment is someone else's problem
- Roles needing a decade of continuous software-engineering tenure
Send me the job description. I'll tell you honestly if I'm the right one.
Three patent applications in preparation. Nothing is filed yet, and I won't claim a legal status it doesn't have.
