• Disclosure obligations — consumers must be told when automated decision-making technology is used in a consequential decision affecting them.
• Three-year record-keeping — covered deployers must retain documentation about their ADMT and how it is used.
• A 60-day cure period — before enforcement, the Colorado Attorney General must give a covered entity 60 days to cure an alleged violation.
