FOR CONSULTANCIES & DENVER PROFESSIONAL-SERVICE FIRMS

Client Intake &
Follow-up Build

Connect the path from a valid inquiry to a named owner and a clear next action. One agreed workflow, built around the tools your team already uses.

Work directly with Mike Rodgers. Get a fixed-fee quote and written scope before work begins. No need to buy a review when the brief is clear.

Share the entry point, current destination and where the handoff gets stuck. Do not include confidential client records.

Build the handoff.
Keep people in control.

This is a bounded implementation, not a CRM replacement or an open-ended automation program.

01 / DEFINE

Name the path.

Agree the intake entry point, required fields, destination, source information permitted by your privacy choices, and primary and backup ownership.

02 / BUILD & TEST

Handle the difficult cases.

Implement and test validation, duplicate handling, retries, exception visibility and an agreed recovery path. Important qualification and follow-up decisions stay with an accountable person.

03 / HAND OVER

Make it operable.

Receive the agreed source or configuration, access and operating notes, acceptance evidence and a defined support path. Ongoing care is optional and separately agreed.

Agree what
“working” means.

These are example acceptance states to tailor before work. They are not customer results or a claim about an existing live integration.

A clear brief?
Scope the build.

The build receives a fixed-fee quote before work starts. Scope, dependencies, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing. No fixed delivery timeline is promised before that review.

If the problem is unclear, the optional $3,500 One-Workflow Review ↗ covers one workflow across up to three connected systems and an independently usable repair plan. Implementation is separate.

Make the next inquiry
someone’s next step.

Tell Mike what arrives, where it should go and who should act. Start with one useful workflow.
