Terms of service.

The contract between you and RIG. Plain language first; the sealed runtime log is the source of truth for usage.

01 — Service description

What RIG provides

RIG operates a governed agent runtime: orchestration, verification, metering, and sealed receipts for AI agents. The platform includes the web dashboard, API endpoints, runtime harnesses, goal-loop primitives, and the marketplace of agent skills. Features vary by tier.

We do not build your agents for you unless you purchase a separate professional-services engagement. The runtime guarantees the format and auditability of execution; it does not guarantee the correctness of your agent's business logic.

02 — Acceptable use

What you may not do

You may use RIG only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law and export controls. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the runtime source code except as permitted by law.
  • Use the platform to generate, distribute, or facilitate CSAM, malware, phishing, disinformation at scale, or content that violates the rights of others.
  • Probe or attack RIG infrastructure, other customers' tenants, or third-party services through our runtime.
  • Resell access, share credentials across organizations, or bypass metering.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations and to preserve sealed logs for legal process.

03 — Metering + proof

The ProofPacket is the bill

Usage is measured by sealed ProofPackets: each packet records the agent, inputs hash, outputs hash, runtime status, token counts, and timestamp. The packet hash chain is the authoritative record for billing and audit.

You may dispute a bill within 30 days of invoice by providing your own packet hashes. Overages are charged at the tier rate in effect at the time of execution. Free-tier limits are hard caps.

04 — Intellectual property

Yours stays yours

You retain all rights to your agents, prompts, data, and outputs. We claim no ownership over them. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to operate the service, consistent with our Privacy page.

RIG owns the runtime, trademarks, documentation, and marketplace infrastructure. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to our source code or brand assets.

05 — Liability

Limits on our exposure

To the extent permitted by law, RIG's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, except where prohibited by law.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do warrant that we will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the runtime and to honor the SLAs published on our Status page.

06 — Termination

How accounts end

You may cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. Paid subscriptions remain active through the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, breach of these terms, or risk of harm to the platform.

After termination, your ProofPacket metadata is retained as required by law and for billing reconciliation; optional run logs are deleted according to the retention schedule in our Privacy page.

07 — Governing law

Where disputes are resolved

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
