Orchestration agent
Many agents.
One signed chain.
mesh coordinates fleets of agents on one dependency graph — every handoff a signed envelope, every result traced. Parallel execution without the multi-agent fake-green.

Why teams install
What mesh earns back
Fan-out without chaos
32 concurrent lanes, one dependency graph, zero edit collisions.
‹d71c4b8›Every handoff is signed
Agent-to-agent envelopes are hash-chained. Tampering breaks the chain.
‹4e9a2f6›Kills the idle-agent tax
Stalled lanes get reaped and reassigned in under sixty seconds.
‹90bf512›How it works
Three steps. No faith required.
01
Decompose
mesh splits the mission into a DAG with typed contracts on every edge.
02
Dispatch
Lanes run in parallel. Each output seals before the next lane consumes it.
03
Reconcile
Conflicts auto-merge, or escalate with both receipts attached.
Proof band
One packet. Every claim accounted for.
packet rig/mesh · run 4e9a2f6 graph 12 lanes · 41 envelopes · 0 collisions chain tip-to-root verified · ‹90bf512› reaped 1 stalled lane reassigned in 38s bell PASS — coupled outputs mutually consistent themis SEALED — run converged
Every mesh run emits a packet like this — hash-chained, verifier-signed, and queryable from your own dashboard. How ProofPackets work →

The obvious objections
Q Isn't this just a DAG runner — why not use Airflow or Temporal?
Those orchestrate tasks; mesh signs every handoff between agents as a hash-chained envelope, so a tampered or dropped result breaks the chain instead of silently propagating. General-purpose orchestrators don't verify agent-to-agent trust by default — mesh does, on every edge.
Q How do you actually hit zero edit collisions across 32 lanes?
Every lane owns disjoint output paths defined by the dependency graph before dispatch — there's no shared file two lanes can race on. Force an overlapping write in a test graph and the run refuses to seal, which is the planted-failure regression in the gate.
Q What happens when a lane genuinely conflicts with another?
bell checks coupled outputs for mutual consistency before the chain seals; a real conflict escalates with both receipts attached instead of auto-merging silently. Nothing seals until the conflict is resolved or explicitly overridden.
