put me on your stage, or get me for an hour — this is how I make money ↓

I'm Mike Rodgers. I've shipped 24 production systems and stood up 100+ governed AI agents that run real work every day. I'm not a vendor and I'm not an advisor — I'm the operator. I install the judgment first, then I automate it, so the thing keeps working after I leave the room.

Most AI pilots die because nobody owned the call when the model was wrong. That's the part I own. I sit inside your actual problem, find the first move, and build the loop that proves it shipped. You get two ways in: put me on your stage and the room leaves with a move it can run Monday — or get me for an hour on a 1:1 call and walk out with a clear first step and a 100-day plan against your real problem, credited if you bring me on.

The Iowa kid who never stopped building the instrument.

— the record

Born in Oskaloosa, Iowa.

A town where you fix the thing yourself, or it stays broken. I never lost that. Today the workshop is a rack in the basement and the thing I'm fixing is how AI actually gets used — but it's the same kid, still building the instrument.

The forty engines that push our work off the generic AI median are the same machinery the patent drafts cover. One body of math — scored, gated, and governed. Pick a filing and read the real source.

An operator's memoir, and a manual.

How I built a real operating system in public — the doctrine, the engines, and the discipline of shipping when no one is watching.

— the architecture AI as a car — the RIG framework for understanding AI systems

AI Is a Car: The 1000× Architecture.

Everyone's shopping for a bigger engine. The 1000× leap was never the engine — it was always the architecture. This is the full teardown: every AI subsystem mapped to a car part, the real math behind the multiplier, a worked rebuild of a quoting desk that went 21% to 78% margin, and the six lessons I paid for the hard way.

— the engines Deviation Engines — the mathematical framework behind RIG's AI systems

The Deviation Engines: Escaping the Generic-AI Median.

Every AI collapses toward the same comfortable median — the most average answer, every time. This is the operator's manual for the 40 measured forces RIG uses to push output off that median: the Robust-MAD-Z math, the hard physics gates that veto a lie before it ships, the score → weakest-gate → rewrite loop, and five honest failures that taught us the rules. The deep version, not the brochure.

— the harness Mike Rodgers

Goal Harnesses: Converge-Until-Proven, Not Turn-Counted.

Most "autonomous" agents quit for the wrong reason — a turn cap, a token budget — then grade their own homework and call it done. This is the deep operator playbook for building loops that stop only when an independent verifier proves the goal is met, and seal a hash-bound ProofPacket a skeptic can re-run. Real control-loop code, the math of when to stop, a worked harness run, and the honest list of what broke.

RIG Operating Procedures: The Build Discipline That Ships.

Most enterprise AI never ships — and it's a process problem, not a model problem. This is the full RIG build doctrine that closes the gap: the IQRSQPI spine, the packet chain, the Calibration-v2 energy math, the EVOLVE and BMS routers, Gate-D, and the ProofPacket — with the real formulas and the five honest failures that earned every rule.
