client zero · a pre-registered trial, run on ourselves

Before we asked anyone to sign our guarantee, we signed it against ourselves.

Real proof looks different from marketing proof. It publishes its pass criteria before results exist. It prints its own critics' objections, unedited. It dates its artifacts and lets you inspect them. This page is that: RIG under its own 90-day Performance Out, in public, with the record below.

What this can and cannot prove. This is one company, ours, measuring itself under the same instrument buyers sign. It is the strongest honesty evidence that can exist before client one. It is not efficacy evidence for your vertical: that number only exists in your shop, which is why the free assessment installs this same baseline instrument on your operation before any contract.
Exhibit 1 · The Baseline

Measured first. Sealed before results.

The baseline is taken the way it will be taken in your shop: countable metrics only, measured at install day, written down, and sealed before any outcome exists. Ours covers founder hours per week on operating tasks, Monday brief turnaround, and decision latency on recurring calls.

STATUS: baseline measurement in progress, seals this week · pass criteria publish before any result

Nothing appears here until it is measured. When the seal lands, this exhibit shows the numbers, the date, and the file fingerprint so a later edit would be visible. A guarantee measured against an unsealed baseline is a slogan; this one is not.
Exhibit 2 · The Instrument

The contract, not a summary of it.

The 90-day Performance Out works like this, and the same text applies to us: the baseline is taken at install, in your shop, on your numbers. Your Intent Contract names the hours the system gives back. Progress is measured together against the sealed baseline. If the number is missed at day 90 and you agree it is missed, you walk owing nothing further. Partially there: we keep working free and the walk-away stays open.

The full contract text publishes here as a PDF the day it clears counsel review, before the first client signs it. Until then, this summary is the binding intent and the page's history shows we said so first.
Exhibit 3 · The Ledger

The work that built this offering, as it happened.

These are real, dated runs of the product doing its job. The strategy, pricing, and copy of the packages page you just read were produced by the system being sold, with the founder operating it. Judge tiers by artifacts, not adjectives.

2026-07-22Pro-tier outputDeterministic strategy run: 7 workers, sealed hash chain, positioning + wedge + sequencing for this offering. Verdict SHIP on every hop.
2026-07-22Pro-tier outputAdversarial pricing council: 5 seats reviewed the draft pricing and raised the monthlies against the founder's own draft. The prices on the packages page are the council's, not a hunch.
2026-07-22Pro-tier output200 go-to-market questions asked and answered across 8 categories in one afternoon, including the delivery-hours math that set the support caps.
2026-07-23Pro-tier outputAdversarial buyer panel, 7 industry personas, two rounds. First round: 0 buy. The objections forced 11 page revisions. Second round: 2 buy, 0 pass. Both rounds published in Exhibit 4.
weeklyLedger growsThe founder's Monday brief and working artifacts publish here as produced, dated and redacted only where client work requires, each labeled by the tier whose configuration produced it.
Walk this ledger live: any buyer can book 15 minutes and inspect the raw runs with the founder. Founding charter clients get standing observer access to the unredacted ledger under NDA.
Exhibit 4 · The Panel

Five of seven said MAYBE. Here's exactly why.

Before the packages page went live, we put it in front of an adversarial buyer panel: a DSO COO, a CPA managing partner, a law firm managing partner, an operations director, a PE operating partner, a CFO, and a construction VP. Their verdicts, their exact demands, and what each one forced us to change:

VerdictTheir objection, uneditedWhat it forced us to change
7 of 7"A 12-month lock with no exit, on a product unproven for me."The 90-day Performance Out: baseline sealed at install, you judge the result, walk owing nothing.
6 of 7"It sells the machine, not what my Tuesday feels like. No imagine, no thought partner."The page was rewritten around outcomes: the Imagine section, the right-hand framing, the bottleneck case.
CFO"Hours saved is self-attested and unfalsifiable. Who verifies the baseline?"The baseline instrument in Exhibit 2: measured at install, judged by the buyer, partial-success path included.
Law"Privilege and no-training need to be in writing, not implied."No-training and confidentiality are now stated in writing in the agreement, on the page.
Manager"Does the entry tier deliver the experience the page sells, or only the priced tiers?"The Manager band now states exactly what it includes and excludes, and the Ledger labels artifacts by tier.
All 7"Show me a real proof number for my vertical."We can't yet, and we won't invent one. That objection is why this page exists: Client Zero first, your shop second, founding clients become the references.

ROUND 1: 0 BUY, 5 MAYBE, 2 PASS  →  ROUND 2 (after 11 revisions): 2 BUY, 5 MAYBE, 0 PASS

Exhibit 5 · Your Number, Not Ours

Client Zero shows how we behave. Your shop shows what you get.

This page cannot show what happens to your margin. That number only exists in your operation. So the free 30-minute assessment installs the same baseline instrument on your business, your metrics, measured with you, before any contract exists. If the math doesn't clear, we'll say so.
